- • As a Senior Business Value Engineer in the EMEA region, you will serve as the primary value architect for New Relic accounts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, bridging technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes to help customers understand the financial and operational impact of the platform.
- • Day to day, you will build and deliver Business Value Assessments (BVAs) with complex ROI modeling and TCO analysis, partner with sales leadership and account executives to shape deal strategies around business justification, translate technical metrics like MTTR and cloud cost into business KPIs such as revenue at risk and subscriber churn, lead discovery workshops to map customer pain points to New Relic’s Value Pillars, and drive value realization by ensuring customers track and report on actual value achieved post-implementation.
- • You will join a global team of innovators at New Relic dedicated to shaping the future of observability, working within the Value Strategy team to empower companies to thrive in an AI-first world through unparalleled system insights, with a focus on enabling the EMEA region’s growth and customer success.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in value-based selling, financial modeling, and executive communication while influencing C-level stakeholders and technical teams, mentoring GTM teams on best practices, and contributing to increased deal win rates and sizes through strategic value realization frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive relevant work experience in Value Engineering, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Pre-sales, or Strategic Finance (with a focus on Deal Structuring or Sales Operations), or a Master’s degree with relevant professional exposure
- • Exceptional communication and presence with the ability to influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike
- • Strong proficiency in creating financial models (ROI, NPV, Payback Period) and building executive-level presentations
- • Ability to work on complex issues requiring evaluation of identifiable factors and intangible variables
- • Ability to understand complex distributed systems and observability concepts (APM, Infrastructure, Log Management)
