- • Provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients via a HIPAA-compliant video platform, delivering evidence-based care to individuals, couples, or families in a remote 1099 contractor role.
- • Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in the EMR within 48 hours of each session, maintain personalized licensure and availability records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including health coaches, psychiatrists, and external providers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Independent clinical license to practice in good standing at the Master or Doctoral level, with 3+ years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families.
- • Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling, including night and weekend availability, and maintain up-to-date availability calendars.
- • Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness), experience with risk management and higher acuity cases, and commitment to culturally responsive care.
- • Familiarity with care delivery technology including video conferencing, EMR, Google web-apps, and a secure, reliable internet connection for Zoom-based therapy.
