- • As Director of Customer Success at EverCommerce, you will lead the Service Fusion and ZyraTalk customer success teams to drive revenue renewal, product adoption, and technical onboarding across two key SaaS platforms serving the home & field services, health services, and wellness industries.
- • You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, own renewal metrics and GRR, oversee product adoption and expansion initiatives, manage technical onboarding, define and track KPIs, build scalable CS playbooks, partner cross-functionally, and lead hiring and workforce planning efforts.
- • EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform (Nasdaq: EVCM) digitally transforming the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions for 725,000+ customers, operating with a globally distributed team and a culture of innovation and inclusion.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in multi-product SaaS customer success, drive measurable improvements in retention and expansion, influence product strategy through customer insights, and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of customer success experience
- • At least 5 years in a people management role
- • Proven track record managing and developing CSM teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Experience leading teams across renewal, product adoption, and technical onboarding motions
- • Data-driven decision-making with ability to use metrics to prioritize and communicate performance
- • Strong coaching skills with focus on team development and clear growth paths
- • Understanding of AI-powered products and comfort supporting evolving AI communication platforms
- • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and represent the voice of the customer
