📋 Description

• • The Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance role is critical to ensuring accurate and compliant management of time and attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, directly supporting legal compliance and exceptional employee experience.
• • Day to day, the specialist will serve as an expert on time and attendance matters, manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases, advise on employment legislation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation, identify process improvements, and safeguard confidential employee data.
• • The role sits within the EOR Operations team, reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance, and contributes to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment through innovation, automation, and a distributed, values-driven culture.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in global HR compliance, develop skills in process automation and stakeholder coordination, and gain experience influencing policy and practice across jurisdictions while working asynchronously in a fast-paced, international environment.
