• • The Patient Support Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for leading and managing a team of Patient Support Associates to ensure medication adherence, timely prior authorizations, and financial assistance support for patients in specialty pharmacy services. This role directly impacts patient outcomes by ensuring service level metrics are met and high-quality care is delivered.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include directly supervising and coaching team members, managing ADP, PTO, and time reports, conducting workflow audits, coordinating with hospital partners and clinical teams, leading team and management meetings, onboarding new hires, managing pharmacy relations, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive health information while maintaining operational efficiency.
