📋 Description

• • As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be an integral part of DoiT International's global legal team, handling commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers, and vendors while advising on complex legal matters to support business growth and risk management.
• • Day to day, you will draft and negotiate commercial agreements (including SaaS, license, data processing, and vendor contracts), lead legal support for channel partner activities, handle day-to-day legal inquiries, and manage ad hoc matters such as compliance, data privacy, and corporate entity support across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• • DoiT is a global technology company specializing in cloud-driven solutions, working with over 4,000 customers worldwide through partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Ingram Micro, delivering Cloud Intelligence that combines technology and human expertise to optimize multi-cloud operations.
• • In this role, you will scale the business by managing legal risks, fostering cross-functional relationships, and contributing to go-to-market strategies, with direct reporting to the General Counsel and opportunities to develop expertise in international corporate law, technology transactions, and channel partner ecosystems.
