- • As a Recruiting Coordinator on a 12-week contract, you will play a critical role in delivering a stellar candidate experience by supporting recruiters and hiring managers in scheduling and coordinating interviews across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling all interviews and debrief sessions (phone screens, video screens, remote onsite), responding to candidate emails within 24 hours, managing candidate questions with empathy and urgency, and creating and maintaining scheduling templates in Ashby ATS.
- • You will join BetterUp’s recruiting team, a mission-driven organization focused on human transformation, where you’ll work alongside a team deeply committed to exceptional candidate and employee experiences, supported by personal coaching and development resources.
- • In this role, you’ll sharpen your coordination and communication skills, gain hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and AI-augmented workflows, and contribute to a high-impact, fast-paced recruiting environment that values process, consistency, and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably at a growth-stage startup
- • Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- • Experience with Ashby ATS preferred
- • Meticulous attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- • Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- • Uses AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to draft communications and streamline scheduling tasks
