- • As a Receptionist Intern at GoTo, you will play a vital role in supporting the Facilities team by ensuring smooth daily office operations in Budapest, Hungary. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized workplace that enhances employee experience and supports GoTo’s culture of innovation and collaboration.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing front desk activities such as greeting and assisting visitors, handling deliveries, managing office bookings, and issuing entry cards. You will also assist with organizing team-building activities, office experience projects, and internal events, while monitoring and replenishing food and office supplies, furniture, and equipment. Additionally, you will report facility issues to building maintenance and IT teams, support administrative tasks for the team, and handle various ad-hoc duties related to office operations and employee needs, all while contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
- • You will join GoTo’s Facilities team, which is part of a broader company culture that values practical AI integration, intuitive problem-solving, and continuous learning. - • Active university student status in Hungary
- • Fluency in both Hungarian and English, written and spoken
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- • Detail-oriented mindset, especially regarding supply tracking, inventory, and paperwork
- • Comfortable engaging with people, showing enthusiasm, and enjoying a positive, fun workplace culture
