  • • As a Talent Business Partner at ServiceTitan, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Sales Development roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting the company’s sales growth objectives.
  • • You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and close—collaborating with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to align on role requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • • You will source candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social networks, and networking events, with a focus on building strong talent pipelines for sales roles.
  • • You will uphold diversity and inclusion principles throughout the hiring process, track candidate data in the ATS, and ensure compliance with recruiting procedures while maintaining accountability to candidates, hiring leaders, and your team.
  • • You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, leveraging your organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority requisitions with urgency and initiative.
  • • You will contribute to ServiceTitan’s mission of empowering tradespeople by helping scale a high-performing sales organization through strategic, human-centered talent acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales, go-to-market, or high-volume environments at agencies, startups, or corporate organizations.
  • • Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, social media, job boards (e.g., Indeed), referrals, and networking events.
  • • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • • Strong understanding of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods to support equitable hiring practices.
  • • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
