  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the full spectrum of recruitment for critical technical positions, focusing on software engineering and delivery teams. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent that fuels our clients' success and Exadel's growth.
  • • You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, collaborating closely to deeply understand and define role requirements. This involves crafting compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the opportunity and resonate with potential candidates, as well as developing and implementing effective hiring strategies tailored to specific needs and market conditions.
  • • A strong and current understanding of the IT recruitment landscape is essential. You will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of various technical skill sets, including but not limited to, Java, .NET, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), DevOps practices and tools, Quality Assurance automation, and cloud engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • • Proactive and creative candidate sourcing will be a core responsibility. You will leverage multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to identify passive and active candidates who possess the required technical acumen and align with our company culture.
  • • Beyond technical skills, you will be adept at assessing candidates for cultural fit and alignment with Exadel's values. Through thorough screening interviews, you will evaluate communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for our collaborative environment.
  • • Building and nurturing robust talent pipelines is key to our long-term success. You will focus on developing and maintaining pipelines for roles that are critical to our operations and those that are frequently in demand within the engineering domain, ensuring a ready pool of qualified candidates.
  • • You will manage the offer negotiation and closing process, working collaboratively with HR and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of joining Exadel will be paramount.
  • • Providing valuable market insights and data-driven recommendations will help us continuously refine our recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes. This includes staying abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • • Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience is non-negotiable. From the initial outreach to the final onboarding, you will champion a positive, transparent, and engaging recruitment journey for every candidate.
  • • Maintaining strict compliance with both client-specific and internal hiring policies and procedures is a fundamental aspect of this role, ensuring ethical and effective recruitment practices.
