📋 Description

• As a Global Employment Specialist at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will ensure compliance with local employment regulations as the company scales globally, serving as a dedicated point of contact for employment and migration matters across multiple locations.
• You will provide comprehensive HR support including resolving employment-related queries, managing paperwork, processing leave requests, coordinating with Employers of Record and legal advisors, setting up new hiring locations, maintaining HRIS data accuracy, arranging visas and work permits, supporting audit and tender processes, contributing to compliance gap analysis, and developing internal knowledge bases on employment law and policies.
• You will join a rapidly growing global B2B SaaS company trusted by over 2 million users from 300,000 companies, operating across 30 locations in Europe, America, and Asia with plans to expand to 900+ employees in the next three years, collaborating closely with People Operations, Legal, and external partners.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global employment compliance, gain experience in international HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, build strong relationships with legal and immigration partners, and contribute to scalable HR processes that support the company’s global expansion while advancing your professional growth in a values-driven, inclusive culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a People Operations / Global Employment Specialist or similar role
• B2+ English proficiency
• Demonstrated expertise in official employment operations
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with providers and partners
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, adaptability, and consistency in work
• Ability to create clear, readable, and user-friendly policies and guides
