📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Manager at OneSignal, you will play a pivotal role in retaining and growing a strategic book of 50–60 US-based customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from OneSignal’s omnichannel engagement platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading customer onboarding and implementation, conducting regular business reviews, building cross-functional relationships with product, sales, and support teams, and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
- • OneSignal is a Series C, venture-backed leader in customer engagement, powering over 1.3 trillion messages annually for 1.5 billion monthly active users across 140 countries, with clients ranging from startups to enterprises like Live Nation, American Express, and Zynga.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS customer success, strengthen your strategic account management skills, and grow your influence by driving retention, expansion, and customer advocacy within a high-impact, collaborative team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably with a B2B SaaS product
- • Proven experience working with Salesforce, Gong, and Vitally
- • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- • Competitive base salary range of $110,000–$140,000 (NY/CA) with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $140,000–$170,000/year
