- • The Business Process Analyst at Flock Safety plays a critical role in optimizing the Quote to Cash lifecycle by bridging business needs with technical solutions across Sales, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams. This role directly impacts revenue accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability in a high-growth SaaS environment serving over 5,000 communities and 4,500 law enforcement agencies nationwide.
- • You will drive process improvements in quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting system enhancements in Salesforce CPQ and Billing platforms, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals.

- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Accounting, IT Applications, Revenue, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations to translate complex business needs into actionable, scalable system solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating process mapping and gap analysis workshops, managing tickets in JIRA or Salesforce Cases, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintaining a centralized repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows.
- • You will develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed improvements, identify automation opportunities, and ensure solutions are delivered with quality, on time, and aligned to sprint cadences and project timelines.
- • The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • You will participate in refining user stories, slotting enhancements into sprints, and supporting testing cycles to ensure solution readiness and quality before release.
- • Over time, you will independently manage multiple Quote to Cash initiatives, contribute to refining delivery models, and help establish best practices in documentation, reporting, and intake processes to support continuous improvement.
- • This role offers significant growth potential in revenue operations and business systems analysis within a rapidly scaling tech company that values ownership, collaboration, and bold thinking.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, revenue operations, or deal lifecycle support, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
- • Proven experience with Quote to Cash processes, including hands-on work with Salesforce, CPQ, and Billing systems
- • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, documented requirements and facilitate process mapping and gap analysis sessions
