- • The Associate Underwriting Team Leader supports a Team Leader or Senior Team Leader to learn industry business and job responsibilities necessary for future growth as a Team Leader within 3-4 years.
- • Day-to-day duties include developing client relationships, underwriting new and renewal business under supervision, negotiating terms and coverages, preparing submissions for markets, assisting with production goals, monitoring account compliance, conducting ratings, processing policy servicing requests, reviewing inspection reports, proofing documents, and providing instruction to team assistants.
- • TIH Insurance Services, LLC operates as part of CRC Group, a national wholesale insurance brokerage focused on delivering tailored insurance solutions through expertise and strong market relationships.

- • College degree
- • Current state specific insurance license
