📋 Description
- • Process U.S. payroll for multiple clients, including calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions
- • Manage full-cycle HR administrative tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with U.S. labor regulations
- • Ensure adherence to federal and state U.S. payroll laws, including tax filings and reporting requirements
- • Support benefits administration by coordinating with providers and addressing employee inquiries
- • Resolve payroll discrepancies and HR-related issues promptly and accurately
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients regarding payroll and HR matters
- • Prepare and deliver regular payroll and HR reports to clients and internal teams
- • Identify inefficiencies in payroll and HR workflows and implement process improvements
- • Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll execution across client accounts
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing U.S. employment laws and regulatory updates
- • Use HRIS and payroll systems to input, validate, and audit employee data
- • Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
- • Ensure all payroll cycles are completed accurately and on schedule
- • Document procedures and maintain audit-ready records for compliance purposes
- • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary employee information and resolve data inconsistencies
- • Proactively anticipate payroll and HR challenges to prevent delays or errors
- • Support employee self-service portals and guide clients on system usage

- • Experience with U.S. payroll and HR processes
- • Knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and labor laws
- • Experience working with multiple clients or accounts
- • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
