- • An experienced HR professional with more than 10 years in Employee Relations, skilled in handling complex workplace issues and supporting a culture of fairness, trust and compliance. Known for sound judgment, data-driven decisions and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders to support a healthy and compliant work environment.
- • Handling grievances, workplace conflicts and policy violations from intake to final resolution; ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and global internal policies; leading high-stakes investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation and misconduct.
- • BrowserStack is the world’s leading software testing platform powering over two million tests every day across 22 global data centers, serving over 50,000 customers including Tesco, Shell, NVIDIA, Discovery, and Wells Fargo. - • Develop, streamline and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the ER lifecycle; lead the design and execution of internal and external HR audit programs; collaborate with HRBPs on corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and behavioral concerns; oversee compliance and documentation for international transfers and immigration requirements.
