- • The Executive Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to OpenAI's executives and leaders in the Asia Pacific region, focused on strong communication and operational excellence across teams.
- • The role involves managing complex scheduling, coordinating projects, optimizing workflows, building strong connections across departments, and operating with discretion and independence to support leadership effectiveness.
- • The position supports the APAC Managing Director in building and scaling the regional organization, balancing commercial execution, ecosystem development, government and regulatory engagement, and brand leadership across diverse markets.
- • The individual will elevate the impact and efficiency of leadership by anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and providing comprehensive support to enable executives to focus on high-impact initiatives while contributing to OpenAI’s mission of ensuring AGI benefits humanity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in a cross-functional executive assistant role or similar support function
- • Experience working across APAC markets and collaborating with U.S.-based HQ teams
- • Very fluent in Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and other modern productivity software
- • High cross-cultural EQ and ability to tailor communication styles for diverse stakeholders
- • Strong operational rigor — able to run cadences, track priorities, and maintain alignment across time zones
- • Comfortable supporting complex, rapid travel across international regions
