- • The Clinical Trial Manager I/II serves as the clinical functional lead responsible for the delivery of site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring of assigned studies, ensuring patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance, and data integrity while managing timelines, quality, and budget.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing site interactions from activation to closeout, managing CRAs and Central Monitors, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Management, Patient Recruitment), developing and maintaining clinical tools and templates, conducting training, reviewing documentation, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Previous clinical trial experience in site management
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones
- • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills among project team and with sites
- • Ability to apply problem solving techniques to resolve complex issues and apply a risk management approach
