📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert in Islamic Finance (Arabic – GCC), you will play a critical role in shaping AI systems' understanding of Shariah-compliant financial practices by creating and reviewing realistic, domain-specific financial scenarios in Modern Standard Arabic for a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing authentic financial tasks reflecting GCC Islamic finance practices, applying scoring rubrics to evaluate AI and human responses, reviewing submissions for regulatory and professional accuracy, and providing expert feedback to develop high-quality 'gold standard' solutions.
• You will collaborate with Lilt Production, a global leader in language AI and human-verified services, supporting enterprises, governments, and AI developers with multilingual solutions that advance human knowledge through innovation and excellence.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI evaluation, contribute to pioneering language technology projects, expand your professional portfolio across industries, and sharpen your skills in cross-domain content creation while working independently on meaningful, impactful work.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in Islamic Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis)
• Strong knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products and frameworks (Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk, etc.)
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks)
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Arabic with high attention to detail
