- • As a Principal Client Partner at BetterUp, you will serve as the strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise deployments, partnering directly with CHROs and business leaders at the world’s top companies to shape human capital strategies that drive performance, culture, and growth.
- • You will translate complex business and talent challenges into clear, compelling transformation plans, own those solutions from design through deployment, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with business impact and outcomes.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise transformation, strengthen your executive influence and advisory capabilities, and gain experience driving large-scale change using data, AI insights, and coaching methodologies to create lasting impact for clients and your own professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, or a similar strategic role
- • Proven track record of executive-level advising, particularly with CHROs or enterprise business leaders
- • Deep expertise in human capital, people strategy, or enterprise talent systems combined with strong business acumen
- • Experience leading complex, cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale
- • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives that influence and inspire
- • Comfort with ambiguity, a bias for action, and a drive to make meaningful improvements
- • Experience operating in high-growth SaaS, human transformation platforms, or people tech companies is a plus
- • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven tools and insights to enhance client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and improve account performance
