• • Day to day, the role involves leading the defined benefit client delivery team in developing and implementing strategic plans, providing guidance for high-quality service delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, monitoring industry trends and Canadian pension standards, overseeing client reports and communications, building lasting client relationships, and developing and managing defined benefit talent within the organization.
