  • • As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Drata, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the company’s largest and most regulated customers, helping them build and scale trust through compliance automation. You will own executive relationships and act as a strategic partner in guiding organizations through complex frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, and FedRAMP, ensuring they achieve measurable progress beyond basic certification.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading strategic relationships with enterprise customers by earning executive trust and becoming a go-to advisor on compliance program success; driving outcomes through the development of success plans, tracking of KPIs, and proactive identification of risks and growth opportunities; owning key moments across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal—via health checks, QBRs, and tailored Mutual Action Plans; translating customer feedback into actionable insights by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to influence roadmap and reduce friction; championing continuous improvement in both customer security scaling and internal processes, playbooks, and strategies; and promoting adoption of new features to ensure Drata evolves alongside each customer’s business needs.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise compliance and customer success while shaping how global organizations scale securely. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and how they apply to customer environments and business outcomes.
  • • 5+ years of experience in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management, supporting enterprise customers or programs.
  • • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on enterprise engagement and long-term customer value.
