- • As a Tax Manager at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s global tax operations within a publicly traded, NASDAQ-listed technology leader, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment across international jurisdictions while contributing to the integrity of financial reporting and tax efficiency.
- • You will support international and Israeli taxation of the Group, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and enabling accurate, timely tax reporting that underpins Nexxen’s global financial disclosures and regulatory obligations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating and reviewing foreign tax reports and local tax packages, securing necessary tax approvals across jurisdictions, and managing the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions integral to the global tax provision process.
- • You will support external tax reporting obligations, including the preparation and review of SEC Form 20F, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. securities regulations for a publicly traded entity.
- • You will manage and assist in domestic and foreign tax audits, serving as the primary liaison with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries, provide documentation, and mitigate risk.
- • You will collaborate closely with finance, legal, accounting, and external advisory teams to address cross-border tax matters, align on tax strategy, and serve as a central point of contact for tax-related issues across the organization.
- • You will monitor evolving local and international tax legislation, including OECD BEPS 2.0 developments, to assess potential impacts on Nexxen’s global tax position and proactively advise on planning and compliance adjustments.
- • You will drive continuous improvement in tax processes and systems, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, enhance controls, and increase efficiency through technology adoption such as NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling.
- • You will support the Group’s transfer pricing framework, including the preparation of documentation, review of intercompany agreements, and alignment with OECD guidelines to ensure compliance and defendability across jurisdictions.
- • You will contribute to tax planning strategies and M&A activities, providing expert input to structure transactions tax-efficiently while supporting the Corporate Finance Department’s broader objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA degree in accounting and CPA certification.
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in a tax department of a Big Four firm, Tier 2 accounting firm, or large multinational corporation.
- • Strong working knowledge of Israeli and international tax planning, compliance, and OECD transfer pricing principles, including BEPS 2.0.
- • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn and utilize NetSuite and other financial technology tools.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and external advisors.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
