  • • Own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles across TRIMEDX, partnering with hiring managers to translate business objectives into actionable hiring strategies that deliver high-impact talent to the organization.
  • • Design and execute creative sourcing plans that leverage CRM campaigns, networking events, third-party vendors, and direct outreach to build robust pipelines of passive and active candidates who align with TRIMEDX’s culture of care and performance.
  • • Lead competency-based and behavioral interviewing sessions via phone, video, and in-person formats, ensuring every candidate experience reflects TRIMEDX’s commitment to respect, collaboration, and shared success.
  • • Facilitate strategy alignment meetings with hiring managers and interview teams to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview parameters; coordinate debrief sessions that translate qualitative feedback into data-driven hiring recommendations.
  • • Drive Workday Recruiting administration for assigned requisitions—moving candidates through workflow steps in real time, dispositioning applicants promptly, and maintaining ISO-compliant documentation that supports audit readiness and continuous improvement.
  • • Partner with Workforce Strategy colleagues to forecast hiring needs for special programs and initiatives, translating workforce analytics into proactive recruitment plans that mitigate talent gaps before they impact patient care or client service.
  • • Determine competitive offer packages by applying TRIMEDX’s compensation philosophy, internal equity analysis, and cost-of-living data; negotiate and extend offers that secure top talent while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • • Collaborate with HR Operations to initiate background screenings, confirm start dates, and orchestrate seamless onboarding hand-offs to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, ensuring new associates feel welcomed and prepared to contribute on day one.
  • • Serve as a thought leader and business advocate throughout the selection process, providing hiring managers with market insights, talent trends, and diversity best practices that elevate the quality and inclusivity of every hire.
  • • Generate and interpret recruiting metrics—time-to-fill, source-of-hire, diversity funnel data, candidate experience scores—and present actionable insights during TA and regional leadership meetings to influence strategic workforce decisions.
  • • Champion continuous improvement by ideating and piloting enhancements to daily workflows, candidate experience touchpoints, and HR initiatives; actively seek feedback from peers, candidates, and hiring managers to refine processes.
  • • Participate in regional leadership forums to share real-time talent market updates, pipeline progress, and strategic recommendations that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • • Maintain strict adherence to ISO standards related to candidate qualification and selection, ensuring every hire meets regulatory, clinical, and client-specific requirements.
  • • Take ownership of professional growth by scheduling regular development conversations with your manager, pursuing learning opportunities, and applying constructive feedback to elevate personal and team performance.
  • • Contribute to ad-hoc TA and HR projects—such as employer-branding campaigns, diversity recruiting initiatives, or system upgrades—that expand TRIMEDX’s talent brand and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience, demonstrating a track record of identifying, engaging, and closing both technical and non-technical talent.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in competency-based and behavioral interviewing methodologies with the ability to exercise quick, accurate people judgment and decision-making.
  • • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience leveraging an applicant tracking system—Workday strongly preferred.
  • • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and written/verbal communication skills, coupled with intermediate presentation and facilitation abilities that influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.
