- • You will join a world-class team from companies like Airbnb, Meta, Stripe, Salesforce, Apple, and Google, contributing to Zip’s mission of reimagining enterprise procurement in the AI era, where you’ll gain deep expertise in enterprise systems, AI integration, and strategic technology leadership while helping manage billions in spend for industry-leading clients like OpenAI, Snowflake, and JPMorgan Chase.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow into a systems strategy leader, mastering the intersection of finance, HR technology, and AI automation, with the ability to influence company-wide operational excellence and drive measurable efficiency gains at a fast-scaling, $2.2B-valued startup backed by top-tier investors.

- • 8+ years of experience in system administration across finance and people applications, with proven expertise in NetSuite and Workday, including implementation and billing/revenue recognition systems.
- • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems to improve business efficiency, with a track record of aligning system architecture to strategic priorities through cross-functional collaboration.
- • Proven ability to independently drive complex projects under ambiguity, design scalable data flows across the tech stack, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Start-up equity participation in a $2.2B-valued company backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, BOND, DST Global, and CRV.
