- • As a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Narvar Inc., you will be the driving force behind scaling critical technical and executive teams, acting as both a talent consultant and cultural architect to elevate the company’s hiring bar.
- • Day to day, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical and leadership roles, build passive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, coach hiring managers on inclusive practices and market intelligence, lead complex offer negotiations, and continuously improve hiring processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- • Narvar is a mission-driven company simplifying post-purchase experiences for consumers, working with over 1,300 brands including Nike, Sonos, and GameStop, and serving over 125 million consumers globally across 38 countries and 55 languages, with hubs in San Francisco, Atlanta, London, and Bangalore.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical talent markets, influence executive hiring strategy, refine data-driven recruitment processes, and grow as a trusted advisor to engineering and product leaders while shaping Narvar’s talent foundation for long-term success.
