- • As a People Advisor at Veezu Limited, you will be a pivotal member of the People Team, providing expert HR advice and support to colleagues and managers across designated regions, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and championing an engaging, supportive work environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for People-related queries via the People Ticket System, supporting employee relations issues (including investigations and disciplinary procedures), assisting with onboarding new colleagues, maintaining accurate HR records in the HRIS system, and contributing to the design and implementation of People policies and initiatives.
- • You will operate within Veezu, the UK's fastest-growing taxi and private hire technology business, which operates across hundreds of UK towns and cities as a tech-driven on-demand mobility service committed to supporting hyper-local communities.
- • The People Team fosters a coaching and supportive culture, and in this role you will develop expertise in HR best practices, employment law, change management, and stakeholder collaboration while building rapport across business units and contributing to organisational integrity and employee experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Educated to degree level (or equivalent HR qualification) and/or relevant HR experience.
- • Proven experience as a People Advisor or similar role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth private sector companies.
- • Sound understanding of UK employment law.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the business.
- • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- • Experience in managing and leading on a range of employee relations issues.
