  • • As an Account Manager at Onhires Inc., you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and revenue driver for a dedicated portfolio of B2B vendor clients, directly impacting company growth by maximizing client ROI through SaaS-based lead generation, sponsorship inventory, and PPC advertising platforms—transforming data into actionable insights that fuel marketing success.
  • • You will own the full lifecycle of client relationships, from onboarding and daily engagement to renewal and expansion, acting as the trusted point of contact who anticipates needs, resolves challenges, and identifies untapped opportunities to increase contract value and retention.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve analyzing campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and CVR, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations during strategy calls, and collaborating with internal editorial and operations teams to ensure timely, high-impact campaign execution that aligns with client goals.
  • • You will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by auditing unsold inventory, optimizing bidding strategies, and advising clients on how to better leverage our platform’s capabilities to achieve their marketing objectives, directly contributing to quarterly revenue targets.
  • • Acting as the voice of the customer, you will synthesize client feedback and market trends to influence internal product development and service enhancements, ensuring our offerings evolve in response to real-world needs and maintain competitive relevance.
  • • You will operate in a fully remote, autonomous environment that rewards ownership and initiative, requiring you to self-manage your portfolio, prioritize high-impact activities, and consistently deliver results without direct supervision—thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup culture.
  • • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, digital marketing analytics, and consultative client engagement, positioning yourself for advancement into senior account leadership, sales management, or client strategy roles within the marketing technology space.
  • • You will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams, learning how client insights shape roadmap decisions and how to effectively advocate for customer needs in internal forums—building a well-rounded skill set in SaaS business operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; top-tier business school background preferred
  • • 1–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, ideally within SaaS, Media, or HR Tech industries
  • • Proven ability to analyze marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR) and translate data into actionable ROI-focused recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is a significant plus
  • • Demonstrated track record of hitting revenue targets, managing renewals, and executing expansion or upsell strategies
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or data-driven concepts for non-technical audiences
