📋 Description

• • The Senior Learning & Development Manager at Precision Medicine Group is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise learning programs that build critical capabilities, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and support exceptional client service. This role translates business strategy and workforce needs into practical, scalable development programs that support employee growth, leadership readiness, and client service excellence.
• • Day to day, the person will design and deliver end-to-end learning programs, conduct training needs analyses, support leadership development and coaching for high-potential and senior leaders, develop manager enablement programs, design and launch enterprise mentoring and career development initiatives, create learning curricula using LinkedIn Learning pathways, facilitate virtual learning experiences, establish metrics for evaluating program effectiveness, and continuously improve programs using data and feedback.
• • The team is part of Precision Medicine Group, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization that integrates clinical operations excellence, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences to improve the clinical research and development process for new therapeutics, with embedded experience in oncology and rare disease.
• • In this role, the person can learn and achieve expertise in enterprise learning program design from the ground up, deepen leadership and coaching capabilities, influence organizational culture and performance through learning initiatives, gain experience in AI literacy and client service excellence training, and drive measurable impact on leadership readiness and business outcomes in a complex, matrixed, global environment.
