📋 Description

• As an Employee Experience Program Manager II with an L&D focus at Axon Enterprise, Inc., you will design, build, and deliver learning programs that strengthen capability across the business, with a primary focus on Vietnam, to improve performance, leadership, and employee development.
• You will own and execute New Hire Orientation (NHO) in Ho Chi Minh City, support Vietnam NHO programs, manage the Taleara English Program, coordinate events and logistics across APAC, and partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, IT, and Workplace teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in instructional design, program management, stakeholder engagement, and employee experience initiatives, with opportunities to scale impactful learning solutions and improve onboarding processes across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program coordination, onboarding, employee experience, event planning/execution, or similar operational roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience planning and supporting internal events, team experiences, or large-scale employee programs
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
