• • As an Associate in Payroll Client Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely support for clients across the Americas region.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling payroll inquiries via email, live chat, and video calls, resolving complex issues, collaborating with Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, and Finance teams, and contributing to team knowledge through documentation and shadowing.
