- • As an Executive Business Assistant supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and the New York team, you will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and operational smoothness in a fast-growing health tech company dedicated to improving patient access to emerging treatments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex, high-volume calendars for the CCO, preparing executives for meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, overseeing office supplies and workspace logistics, and planning and executing team events and offsites with attention to budget and experience.
- • You will be part of the People & Culture team based in Amsterdam but report directly to the Director of People, working closely with the NYC office and global stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across time zones.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in executive support within a mission-driven organization, gain exposure to clinical trial and Expanded Access processes, and strengthen your ability to leverage AI tools for process improvement while contributing to a patient-centric culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment preferred
- • Proficient with Microsoft Workspace, Confluence, and Atlassian tools
- • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, automation platforms) to streamline workflows
- • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work efficiently
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills
