📋 Description

  • Customer Success Manager responsible for owning the end-to-end customer journey for ~150 mid-market customers across North and South America, ensuring rapid activation, long-term adoption, retention, and expansion of Hubstaff.
  • Day-to-day activities include leading client onboarding and activation, conducting value-driven business reviews, managing renewals and expansion opportunities, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, delivering account insights on health and risk, developing scalable playbooks, using data to monitor adoption and engagement, educating customers via webinars and resources, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering, and iterating on engagement strategies to improve outcomes.
