- • As Manager, Global Mobility at ServiceTitan, you will lead the strategy and operational delivery of global immigration and mobility programs, serving as the primary architect of how mobility work is delivered through automation, strategic partnerships, and alternative resource models to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
- • Day to day, you will design and manage the delivery engine for mobility, integrate AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, serve as lead SME for HRBPs and senior leadership on mobility matters, oversee end-to-end immigration case management across multiple countries, manage external legal and tax vendors, optimize workflows in Workday, lead international relocations and remote work compliance, and own business travel compliance frameworks.
- • You will join a function built from the ground up with a Workday-native compliance infrastructure, a six-country entity footprint (US, Canada, Armenia, Australia, India, Poland), and a growing portfolio of AI-driven tools, positioning you at the center of a strategic, innovative mobility operation within a fast-growing tech company.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global immigration law, drive innovation through AI and automation, influence executive-level talent and compliance decisions, scale mobility programs using creative resource models, and gain end-to-end ownership of a function that directly enables global talent acquisition and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility or Immigration with a track record of program leadership and operational design
- • Comprehensive knowledge of US and Canadian immigration law, with strong grasp of international mobility compliance and tax risk
- • Advanced experience with Workday and specialized case management platforms
- • Proven ability to scale a function through creative delivery models, including effective use of outsourcing and flexible staffing
- • Experience or high degree of comfort using AI and automation tools to solve high-volume operational challenges
- • Ability to consult at an executive level, providing clear, risk-based recommendations on complex talent and compliance issues
