- • The Customer Data Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of customer data during onboarding, directly impacting customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency for Nvolve’s high-growth SaaS platform serving regulated industries like manufacturing and food processing.
- • This role is essential to maintaining data quality at scale, enabling seamless integration of customer information into Nvolve’s platform, which supports globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Pilgrim’s, and Mondelez in staying audit-ready and compliant.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include critically reviewing customer documentation for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies before system integration, and executing precise data imports via file uploads and manual entry to maintain platform integrity.
- • The role involves developing clear data format guidelines and supporting the Onboarding Lead in delivering initial system training to internal teams and customers, ensuring consistent understanding of data requirements and processes.
- • Project administration duties include managing internal records, tracking project milestones, maintaining detailed notes from customer consultations, and ensuring all onboarding activities are documented and traceable.
- • As a cross-functional liaison, the administrator facilitates communication between Sales, Support, and Development teams to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the overall customer onboarding experience.
- • The position requires strong Excel proficiency, including advanced formulas, data tracking, and reporting capabilities, to manage large datasets and generate insights for process improvement.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for explaining technical processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- • The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and proactive in customer interactions, able to support clients during onboarding check-ins and process explanations with clarity and empathy.
