  • • Source and identify top creative talent across video production, motion design, cinematography, editing, branding, and digital design disciplines
  • • Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to assess creative fit and potential beyond traditional credentials
  • • Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates through networks, platforms, and creative communities
  • • Perform introductory screenings and interviews to evaluate cultural alignment, creative intuition, and project suitability
  • • Collaborate closely with Nen Creative leadership and production teams to understand specific hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirements
  • • Help design and refine the company’s recruiting process, candidate pipeline, and sourcing systems for creative roles
  • • Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and collect feedback from hiring team members
  • • Proactively build and nurture relationships with high-potential creative talent before immediate hiring needs arise
  • • Assist in writing, editing, and optimizing job postings and recruiting materials to attract aligned creative professionals
  • • Support hiring efforts for both freelance/contract and full-time positions across the creative studio
  • • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, outreach outcomes, and hiring metrics
  • • Stay informed on trends in creative production and design to ensure sourcing strategies remain competitive and relevant
  • • Act as a bridge between creative candidates and internal teams, ensuring clarity on expectations, project scope, and studio culture
  • • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable recruiting function tailored to the unique needs of a fast-growing creative studio
  • • Advocate for creative candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring respectful and transparent communication
  • • Help shape the studio’s employer brand within creative and tech communities by embodying Nen’s values and standards
  • • Work independently to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • • Maintain strong attention to detail in screening materials, scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and emerging creative hiring demands from high-impact startup clients
  • • Participate in internal discussions to improve how creative talent is identified, assessed, and retained

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong understanding of creative industries, including video production, motion design, branding, or digital design
  • • Strong creative judgment and ability to evaluate portfolios and reels
  • • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • • Experience recruiting for creative, agency, startup, or production environments preferred
  • • Self-directed and able to operate independently
  • • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
