- • Perform hands-on technical processing of high-volume employee licensing transactions across multiple business units including Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, Employee Benefits, Claims Adjusters, and Medical Nurses.
- • Review and validate data across internal systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with company policies and state regulatory standards.
- • Coordinate and prioritize licensing activities such as new license applications, license renewals, appointment maintenance, and continuing education tracking to meet service level requirements.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for licensed employees and business partners, providing guidance on licensing workflows, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- • Facilitate new hire "Meet and Greet" sessions tailored to functional roles and team needs to onboard licensed staff effectively.
- • Assist licensed employees in gathering and submitting required documentation for state licensing and continuing education compliance, including one-on-one support with licensees, leadership, and Employee Relations.
- • Manage incoming customer emails and phone inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution and delivering a positive customer experience.
- • Monitor work performance to ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and service commitments within the Licensing & Contracting team.
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement in licensing, appointments, legal compliance, continuing education, and market conduct analysis.
- • Collaborate with leadership on implementing process changes, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance.
- • Apply business acumen to understand operational needs, evaluate options, and implement solutions that maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
- • Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with licensed employees and internal stakeholders.
- • Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and regulatory requirements as they evolve.
- • Ensure strict adherence to core business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.
- • Utilize strong computer proficiency to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and internal tools.
- • Maintain high-speed broadband internet with minimum download/upload speeds of 300MB/10MB, using a hard-wired connection to a Hartford-issued router and/or computer.
