- • As a GTM Recruiter at BaseTen Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the go-to-market team by hiring top talent for Sales positions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling AI companies to deploy cutting-edge models into production.
- • Day to day, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles—from role kickoff and sourcing to offer acceptance—collaborating with hiring managers and Sales leadership to define ideal candidate profiles, build talent pipelines, ensure exceptional candidate experience, and refine recruiting processes using data-driven insights.
- • You will join a fast-growing, well-funded AI infrastructure company backed by top-tier investors like BOND, IVP, and Spark Capital, where your work will directly impact the ability to ship AI products at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical recruiting within the AI/ML space, build scalable recruiting processes from the ground up, and gain exposure to innovative ML startups, enhancing your ability to attract and assess high-impact go-to-market talent.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment with big headcount goals
- • Proven success sourcing great candidates for Sales teams
- • Strong willingness to take ownership of hiring goals and proactively drive process improvements
- • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
