📋 Description
- • The Executive Assistant & Office Manager at OP Labs PBC is a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring three executives remain organized while maintaining the operational health of the NYC headquarters. This dual-role position is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness and smooth office function in a fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting preparation for the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and VP of Engineering; serving as a professional point of contact between executives and stakeholders; preparing materials for executive meetings, board sessions, and offsites; coordinating leadership offsites including note-taking and follow-up; improving administrative systems; supporting ad hoc projects and events; managing NYC office operations such as vendor relationships, expense tracking with Finance and People Ops, desk setup, badge access, and onboarding logistics; and planning in-office events and team gatherings.
- • OP Labs builds Optimism, an open-source blockchain network powering the next generation of financial infrastructure, with over 65% of Ethereum Layer 2 activity running on its stack. - • In this role, the individual will develop advanced executive support and office management expertise in a high-impact tech environment, refine systems thinking and process optimization skills, gain exposure to blockchain industry operations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with finance and people teams, and grow their ability to anticipate needs and drive efficiency in a scaling organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years as an executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- • Experience managing office operations, vendor relationships, or facilities
- • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and common project and calendar tools
- • Experience booking international travel and managing multi-timezone scheduling
- • Exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication
- • High EQ and discretion when handling sensitive information
