đ Description
- ⢠As a Senior Technical Talent Partner at Solink Corporation, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Engineering and Product leaders, directly influencing how the company attracts, assesses, and hires top technical and product talent in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role is critical to scaling Solinkâs R&D and Product organizations amid rapid growth, recognition as a Deloitte Fast 50/500 company, and expansion across 32+ countries serving clients like McDonaldâs and JYSK.
- ⢠You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles while partnering with People Operations and the P&C Business Partner to align hiring with organizational design, workforce planning, and broader people strategies, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability in talent acquisition across the business.

- ⢠You will own end-to-end recruitment for R&D and Product roles including Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Data functions, managing a high volume of requisitions with strong stakeholder communication, leading intake, sourcing strategy, structured interviews, offer negotiation, and closing while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.
- ⢠You will build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and product roles, develop deep knowledge of talent markets and compensation trends, and proactively pipeline passive candidates for critical and future roles to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
- ⢠You will drive structured hiring practices through calibrated interviews and scorecards, build and scale recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment, identify process gaps, and implement improvements that increase speed, quality, and consistency while partnering with interviewers to raise the hiring bar.
- ⢠You will represent Solink authentically in the market and at industry events, elevate the candidate experience from first touch to onboarding, and partner with marketing and leadership to strengthen the employer brand across technical and product talent segments.
- ⢠You will track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and funnel conversion, using data to influence decisions, continuously improve outcomes, and report on hiring effectiveness to stakeholders.
- ⢠You will support hiring across other functions as business needs evolve, demonstrating adaptability, strong prioritization, and the ability to quickly ramp across different talent domains while maintaining high standards of excellence.
- ⢠You will contribute to Solinkâs culture of merit-based advancement, candid feedback, and social connection through initiatives like So-learns, Solink-o, and So-lunches, helping to build a workplace where great people do great work.
