- ⢠The Group Account Director at Jellyfish serves as a strategic advisor to key clients, driving profitable growth and ensuring client satisfaction by aligning Jellyfishâs integrated capabilitiesâstrategy, creative, data, media, and technologyâwith client business objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering long-term relationships, anticipating market shifts, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through the clutter and deliver measurable ROI.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include providing strategic oversight in articulating client business objectives and leading Jellyfishâs capability teams to deliver best-in-class content; building and overseeing annual growth plans to achieve set targets; driving innovation by representing Jellyfish in external marketing efforts and staying ahead of industry trends; supporting new business initiatives by leading pitches in partnership with the Growth team, including developing commercials, team structures, narratives, and timelines; conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), client relationship surveys, and conference note-taking to recommend strategic actions and continuously optimize ways of working; ensuring accurate client forecast submissions and managing account financial operations such as billing in collaboration with the internal finance team; and providing strategic guidance to Account Directors and Client Management teams to maintain consistency and collaboration across the account.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Proven experience in leading paid media accounts and aligning paid media strategy with creative, content, and earned media to drive client outcomes
- ⢠Strong commercial acumen, including ability to build staffing plans, define SLAs, manage scope, and optimize for profitability
- ⢠Demonstrated success in new business participation, including owning pitch narratives and leading end-to-end pitch processes
- ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering clear, persuasive, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams
- ⢠Strategic use of data and tools such as Google Analytics to analyze performance, generate insights, and guide decision-making that maximizes ROI
- ⢠Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, including guiding junior team members and fostering professional growth
- ⢠Experience managing client data in CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- ⢠Ability to work across multiple sectors and verticals, ideally with experience running large enterprise or cross-market accounts
