• • Senior Corporate Counsel at ButterflyMX Inc., serving as the primary in-house legal resource reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, providing practical, business-oriented legal support across commercial contracts, partnerships, compliance, privacy, product development, and corporate governance in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (customer, vendor, reseller, partner, NDAs); advising on IP, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), data security, and product legal considerations; supporting litigation responses; managing contract templates and legal processes; advising People team on employment compliance; coordinating with external counsel; supporting M&A due diligence and international expansion; providing legal training to stakeholders; and serving as primary legal advisor to executives and the board while building and scaling the legal function.
