📋 Description

• • As an HR Manager at Atlas Energy Solutions, you will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner supporting Power and Corporate Functions, driving business outcomes while managing complex employee matters and mitigating organizational risk in a high-visibility individual contributor role.
• • Day to day, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness and performance management, lead complex employee relations investigations and conflict resolution, administer FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation and disability cases across multiple states, ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, oversee core HR processes including onboarding and offboarding, and partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
