- • As a Contract Manager at Higgsfield AI Inc., you will own and scale the company’s commercial contracting processes, serving as the central hub between Legal, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure contracts are executed quickly, accurately, and in alignment with company risk tolerance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, order forms, amendments, and vendor contracts), acting as the intake point for contract requests, maintaining a single source of truth for contract versions and signatures, and owning Ironclad end-to-end—including workflows, templates, approvals, and reporting.
- • You will work within a high-growth, AI-driven video technology company that has achieved $300M+ run-rate sales in just 12 months post-launch and secured a $130M Series A, operating at the forefront of synthetic media innovation for social platforms.
- • In this role, you will build and optimize scalable contracting playbooks, drive process improvements to increase speed and clarity, implement AI-powered workflow automations using tools like n8n and Claude, and report contracting metrics to leadership—gaining deep expertise in legal operations, contract lifecycle management, and AI-enabled process design within a fast-moving startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years in contract management, legal ops, or a similar operational role
- • Strong hands-on experience with Ironclad (this is a must)
- • Comfortable working across teams and keeping things moving without a lot of oversight
- • Process-oriented—you notice inefficiencies and fix them
- • Solid understanding of standard commercial agreements (you don’t need to be a lawyer, but you know what you’re looking at)
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of work
