• • The Associate Compensation & Benefits Director is responsible for executing and administering Precision Medicine Group’s international compensation and benefit plans, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across all geographies.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in annual salary administration, conducting market benchmarking analysis, managing benefit plan renewals, leading gender pay gap reporting, supporting compensation planning processes, and partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders on compensation and benefits strategy.
• • Precision Medicine Group is a Clinical Research Organization specializing in precision medicine, with expertise in rare diseases, oncology, and other therapeutic areas, combining clinical trial design, operational excellence, biomarker analytics, and data-driven solutions to advance medical research.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in global compensation and benefits strategy, lead international benefit surveys, gain experience in pension scheme administration, and contribute to HR metrics and total reward projects that influence business decisions across multiple countries.
