- • As an Employee Relations Specialist at TheKey, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling of workplace concerns to support a respectful and productive work environment.
- • Day to day, you will intake and assess ER cases, conduct administrative aspects of investigations, document findings in FreshService, lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 investigations, partner with leaders on corrective actions, and support training and reporting initiatives.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in employee relations processes, investigation methodologies, compliance documentation, and HR operations, while building skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or HR operations, preferably in a multi-site or remote work environment
- • Proficiency with HRIS or case management systems (experience with FreshService is a plus)
- • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and investigative best practices
- • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain neutral and objective
- • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
