  • • As a Sales Recruiter (Contract) at ConnectWise, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the North America Sales organization by owning the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-tier talent that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
  • • You will partner closely with sales hiring managers and cross-functional talent acquisition teams to deliver a seamless, candidate-centric hiring experience that reflects ConnectWise’s inclusive, innovative, and community-driven culture.
  • • Day to day, you will conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and ideal candidate profiles for sales positions across North America.
  • • You will source and recruit qualified applicants using a diverse mix of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruiting agencies, and passive candidate outreach, with a focus on building strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill sales roles.
  • • You will screen resumes, conduct initial phone and video interviews, assess candidate fit for both skills and culture, and recommend top prospects to hiring managers with data-driven insights and clear rationale.
  • • You will guide candidates through every stage of the process, ensuring they receive a transparent, realistic view of the role, compensation, benefits, training, career progression, and team dynamics, while serving as their advocate and point of contact.
  • • You will collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and close hires efficiently, while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols.
  • • You will continuously refine recruiting strategies by analyzing sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics, and share best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team to improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment during the contract period (Late April/Early May through August), working standard EST hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) with flexibility to adapt to hiring urgency and manager availability.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a focus on sales, SaaS, or technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, with demonstrated ability to build and manage talent pipelines efficiently.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, influence stakeholders, and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a remote, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • • Familiarity with sales roles, compensation structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the technology or B2B SaaS industry is a strong plus.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in talent acquisition.
