- • Join Lexroom as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Spain to drive hiring for sales and customer success roles in the company’s expansion into the Spanish market, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supporting the front line of growth.
- • Own the full recruiting cycle for Spanish-market sales, operations, and customer-facing roles at volume, including building and managing inbound pipelines, screening, interviewing, and maintaining a steady hiring tempo.
- • Partner closely with sales and customer success managers to incorporate feedback, prevent role stagnation, and ensure alignment on hiring needs and candidate experience.
- • Engage and sell the Lexroom story to candidates in a new market, leveraging native or fluent Spanish and English to communicate the company’s mission and value proposition effectively.
- • Contribute to Lexroom’s mission of making the law faster, clearer, and more reliable through AI, working within a fast-moving, data-first legal tech company backed by top-tier investors and already trusted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe.
- • Help open a brand-new market by building recruitment processes from the ground up, taking ownership from day one in a hybrid environment that values pace, initiative, and human-centered hiring.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent Spanish and fluent English
- • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a background or strong interest in startup, sales, or customer-facing environments
- • Ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining a strong human touch and clear, confident communication with managers and candidates
