📋 Description

  • **Own Hiring Outcomes End-to-End:** Take complete accountability for the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from the initial job intake meeting with hiring managers to the final offer closure. This includes being directly responsible for achieving key success metrics such as Time to Fill (TTF), Quality of Hire, and Candidate Experience (Candidate NPS).
  • **Operate at High Recruiter Capacity:** Manage approximately 8 open positions concurrently, encompassing a mix of low, medium, and high-complexity roles. This requires efficient workflow management and the ability to maintain consistent quality and an exceptional candidate experience even with a high volume of requisitions.
  • **Drive Speed with Clarity:** Translate complex role requirements into clear, actionable hiring plans that facilitate fast and predictable execution. Proactively identify potential risks to hiring timelines and take ownership of implementing corrective actions without waiting for escalations. Balance the urgency of hiring needs with sound judgment, particularly for critical roles that become open due to member exits or internal movements.
  • **Elevate the Quality Bar:** Apply strong judgment and analytical skills to assess candidate quality beyond just resumes and surface-level signals. Calibrate closely with Hiring Managers to define and consistently identify what constitutes a "Strong Hire," ensuring that only the most qualified candidates advance.
  • **Deliver a High-Trust Candidate Experience:** Ensure that all candidates, including those who are not selected, experience clarity, respect, and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Own candidate experience outcomes, including achieving a minimum Candidate NPS of 33.3 with an 18% participation rate from rejected candidates, by maintaining excellent communication and feedback hygiene.
  • **Operate with Discipline & Data:** Maintain impeccable ATS hygiene at all times, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Leverage hiring data to identify patterns, pinpoint bottlenecks, and discover opportunities to enhance both speed and quality. Treat process discipline as a fundamental requirement for operating effectively at scale.
  • **Utilize AI as a Daily Co-Pilot:** Consistently leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and built-in ATS AI features to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making quality, and enhance personal capacity. Use AI thoughtfully to increase efficiency without compromising judgment or accountability for outcomes.
  • **Contribute Beyond Hiring:** During periods of lower hiring volume, proactively take ownership of People Operations or broader People Success initiatives. Apply the same high standards of ownership, clarity, and follow-through to these tasks as you would to recruitment, with the potential to earn expanded scope and responsibility through demonstrated impact.
  • **AI-Adoptive Culture Expectation:** Embrace and consistently utilize AI as a daily co-pilot to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience. This includes using AI for drafting and refining job descriptions, personalizing candidate communications, improving sourcing strategies, and leveraging ATS AI features to reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making. The expectation is to operate sustainably at full capacity without compromising quality, while maintaining strong human judgment and accountability for all hiring outcomes.
  • **Hybrid Work Model:** This role is based in Bangalore and operates on a hybrid model, requiring 8 days of work from the office per month (approximately 2 days per week), with the remaining time being remote.
  • **Flexible Working Hours:** Work any 8 hours between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM (excluding breaks), with options for 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM shifts. Occasional adjustments may be needed for hiring for US-based roles.
  • **Reporting Structure:** This role sits within the People Success team and reports to the Director of People Success, working closely with the Lead Talent Acquisition and Lead Talent Management.
