• • As a Urology Peer Support Coach, you will provide empathetic, experience-based guidance to members managing chronic urological conditions, helping them navigate product choices and improve health outcomes through personalized support.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial peer support coaching calls, becoming an expert in Better Health’s product catalog for urological conditions, and creating personalized follow-up emails and educational tools for members.
• • Better Health is a rapidly growing healthcare startup disrupting the $60B home medical supply industry by integrating peer support, coaching, education, and home delivery into a unified care model, serving members across 48 states with Medicare and Medicaid licenses and backing from top-tier investors.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in chronic condition support, develop coaching and communication skills, and contribute directly to improved clinical outcomes while working flexibly as a 1099 contractor.
